LASU releases certificate collection rules for 28th Convocation. See required documents for all campuses. Keep reading to know what to bring.

Follow LASU Certificate Collection Guide for 28th Convocation 2025

Lagos State University has released the list of documents needed for certificate collection.

This notice is for graduates of the Full-Time, ODLRI, and Sandwich Degree programmes at Ojo Campus.

The certificate collection will take place between 3 and 10 April 2025.

Bring These Documents for Ojo Campus

  1. Original notification of result or payment receipt
  2. Completed online graduating students clearance form
  3. Payment receipt of ₦53,500 for certificate and convocation package
  4. Recent academic profile
  5. Alumni payment receipt of ₦1,000
  6. Faculty clearance to confirm return or non-collection of academic gown and cap
  7. Valid means of identification (NIN, driver’s licence, LASSRA, voter’s card, or international passport)

Bring These Documents for Abeokuta, Ilesa, and Oyo Campuses

  1. Original notification of results or payment receipt
  2. Signed clearance letter from the affiliate institution
  3. Proof of payment for online clearance
  4. Payment receipt of ₦53,500 for certificate and convocation package
  5. Recent academic profile
  6. Alumni payment receipt of ₦1,000
  7. Directorate of Sandwich Degree clearance to confirm return or non-collection of academic gown and cap
  8. Valid means of identification (NIN, driver’s licence, LASSRA, voter’s card, or international passport)

Make sure all listed items are ready before the collection date.

Only candidates with full documents will be attended to.
