Bayero University, Kano (BUK) Registration Deadline 2024

Bayero University Kano (BUK) has issued a reminder to all undergraduate students about the final registration deadline for the 2023/2024 academic session.

The university management emphasises that the registration portal will close on 9th January 2025, and no further extensions will be granted.

Registration Instructions

Students who have written the First Semester examinations but have not yet paid their registration fees must ensure payment and complete their registration before the deadline.

Students unable to write the examinations due to non-payment of fees but who now have the required funds are permitted to pay their fees and register.

Such students will have their suspension of studies limited to only the First Semester.

Consequences of Missing the Deadline

Any student who fails to register by 9th January 2025 will be required to suspend their studies for the entire 2023/2024 academic session.

This decision is final, and no exceptions will be made.

Information for Prospective Students

Prospective students for the 2024/2025 academic session are reminded that the portal for the Post-UTME online screening remains open.

Interested candidates are encouraged to register before the portal closes.

Students and candidates are advised to take the necessary steps promptly to meet the requirements within the specified time frame.
