• Orientation Programmes for Fresh Students: Monday, 16th to Friday, 20th December 2024.
• Matriculation: Wednesday, 8th January 2025.
• First Semester Lectures End: Friday, 17th January 2025.
• Revision: Monday, 20th to Friday, 24th January 2025.
• First Semester Examinations Begin: Monday, 27th January 2025.
• First Semester Examinations End: Friday, 7th February 2025.
• Semester Break for Students: Monday, 10th to Friday, 21st February 2025.
• Marking and Results Processing: Monday, 3rd February to Friday, 21st February 2025.

• Semester Examinations End / End of Session: Friday, 6th June 2025.
• Semester Break for 100L & 200L Students: Monday, 9th June to Friday, 12th September 2025.
• SIWES Period for 300L Students: Monday, 16th June to Friday, 5th September 2025.
• Marking and Results Processing: Monday, 2nd June to Friday, 20th June 2025.
• Consideration of Results by Departments and Colleges: Monday, 9th to Friday, 20th June 2025.
• Senate to Consider Semester Results: Tuesday, 24th June 2025.
• Vacation: Wednesday, 26th June to Friday, 12th September 2025.
• New Session (2025/2026) Begins: Monday, 15th September 2025.

Key Points

• Each semester includes 12 weeks of lectures.
• 1 week for revision and 2 weeks for examinations.
• Results are processed and marked over 2–3 weeks after each semester.
• Matriculation Day may be adjusted.
• SIWES (Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme) for 300L students lasts 12 weeks.
• 1 week of holiday is scheduled after second-semester exams before SIWES.
• A long vacation for 300L students is scheduled between Monday, 16th June and Friday, 5th September 2025.
