Day 1: Thursday, October 10, 2024

• Special Convocation Assembly
  • Time: 8:00am – 10:00am
• Alumni Investiture / Presentation of Special Awards and Prizes
  • Time: 10:00am – 10:40am
• Hooding Event for School of Postgraduate Studies
  • Time: 11:00am – 1:00pm
• Hooding Event for Colleges / Gown Collection
  • Time: 2:00pm – 4:00pm
• Special Convocation Service
  • Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
• Convocation Rehearsal
  • Time: 8:00pm – 9:00pm

Day 2: Friday, October 11, 2024

• Convocation Ceremony for the Award of First and Higher Degrees
  • Time: 9:00am – 12:30pm
• Chancellor’s Special Assembly
  • Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
• Return of Academic Gowns
  • Time: 9:00pm – 10:00pm

Day 3: Saturday, October 12, 2024

• Convocation Thanksgiving Service @ the University Chapel
  • Time: 7:00am – 9:00am
• Departure
