AUL Opens Applications for PGD, MSc, MBA and PhD Programmes

Anchor University Lagos (AUL) has begun its postgraduate admission process for the 2025/2026 academic session. If you are planning to continue your studies beyond your first degree, AUL is calling for applications into its Postgraduate School.

Whether you’re going for a Postgraduate Diploma, Master’s, or aiming for a Doctorate, the door is open—provided you meet the requirements. And if you’re wondering, yes, the school accepts a range of backgrounds and qualifications, not just First Class students.

Each course is structured to provide strong academic training while building confidence and capacity in students.

Entry Requirements

Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)

• A Bachelor’s degree (BSc or BA) with at least a Third Class from an approved university.

MSc (Academic Master’s Programme)

• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on a 5.0 scale or equivalent.

Professional Master’s (MBA etc.)

Any of the following:

• BSc/BA with a Second Class Lower
• HND with PGD (Credit level, 3.0/5.0 CGPA or 50% average)
• BSc/BA with Third Class, plus PGD (Credit level)

M.Phil / PhD

• MSc with a CGPA between 3.50 and 3.99

PhD

• MSc from a recognised university with at least 4.0/5.0 CGPA

Application Documents Checklist

Before applying, make sure you have:

• First degree certificate
• O’Level results
• Academic transcripts
• Two recommendation letters
