Who Can Apply
Before you start filling forms, check these boxes first:
- Have at least five credits in O’Level, including English and Mathematics, from no more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB.
- Hold a Diploma Certificate with a Lower Credit from an NBTE-recognised school.
- If you’ve only got a Pass, you may still stand a chance if you’ve worked one to two years after your ND.
- Show proof of completing one year of Industrial Training (IT).

How To Apply
It’s straightforward, but don’t rush it:
- Application form costs ten thousand naira (₦10,000).
- Go to the BYSPOLY Application Portal.
- Click “Applicant” to generate your invoice for the chosen programme.
- Fill the online form with the correct details.
- Print two copies of the acknowledgment form and invoice. Keep them, no story later.
