Edo State Polytechnic, Usen, formerly called Edo State Institute of Technology and Management, is now selling forms for National Diploma (ND) full-time admission into the 2025/2026 academic session.
Interested candidates who meet the entry requirements can now apply and begin their journey at one of the state’s leading polytechnics.

Who Can Apply?
To qualify, you must:
- Have five credit passes in subjects including English Language and Mathematics, plus three others related to your chosen course. Results must be from not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
- Score the approved Edo State Poly UTME cut-off mark or higher.
- Meet any extra conditions the school might set during screening.
How to Apply for Edo Poly Post-UTME
The application costs ₦5,000. You’ll need a valid email and an ATM-enabled card.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1 – Email Setup
Have an active email before you begin. The school will use it to send updates.
Step 2 – Start Registration
Go to the Edo Poly application portal
Click “Register for application” at the top left. Fill in your full name, email and phone number.
Step 3 – Check Your Email
An ID and password will be sent to you. Use the link in that email to confirm your account.
Step 4 – Login and Fill Out the Form
Return to edopoly.waeup.org, click “Login”, enter your ID and password.
Click “Edit application record” and fill in the necessary details.
Step 5 – Upload Your Photo
Upload a recent coloured passport photo (5×5 inches). This will be your ID if admitted.
Step 6 – Make Payment
Click “Add online payment ticket” then “Pay with Interswitch”.
Follow the instructions and pay with any ATM card from a Nigerian bank.
Step 7 – Review and Submit
Before you hit submit, double-check all the information under “edit application”.
Once the portal closes, no changes will be allowed.
