FUHSA Post UTME/DE Form for 2025/2026 Admission

The Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA) has announced that registration for its Post UTME and Direct Entry screening will run from Thursday 7 August to Thursday 21 August 2025. The process is open to candidates aiming for admission into any of the university’s undergraduate programmes.
Approved Cut-off Marks
The university senate, in line with JAMB’s policy, has set the following entry points for the 2025/2026 session:
- MBBS and BDS Dentistry – 220 and above
- Nursing Sciences, Optometry, Physiotherapy, Radiography, BMLS, Audiology – 200 and above
- Nutrition and Dietetics, IT & Health Informatics, Environmental Health Sciences, Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Speech Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Health Information Management, Public Health, Pharmacology – 160 and above
- Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology – 150 and above
Who Can Apply
You are eligible if you:
- Sat for the 2025 UTME, met the required cut-off for your chosen course, and selected FUHSA as your first choice.
- Have at least five relevant O’Level credits in English, Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Chemistry, from not more than two sittings.
- Wrote the correct subject combination for your course in the UTME.
How to Register for FUHSA Post UTME
- Visit the FUHSA official website to read the registration guide.
- Go to the FUHSA admissions portal and create an account.
- Pay the N2,000 screening fee online through the portal.
- Complete your application and keep the acknowledgement slip, which contains your physical screening date.
Physical Screening Schedule
Physical screening will take place from Tuesday 26 August to Friday 29 August 2025. The exact date for each candidate will be stated on the acknowledgement slip after successful registration.
