The Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA) has opened applications for its 2025/2026 Remedial Science Studies. The programme runs for nine months, starting Monday 11 August 2025 and ending Friday 10 October 2025. It is designed to give students the academic foundation needed to compete for admission into FUHSA and other approved universities in Nigeria.

Entry Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have at least three credit passes in O’Level (WAEC or NECO) in one sitting, including English Language and any two science subjects from Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Register for the 2026 JAMB UTME and meet the required score for their chosen course.
- Register and pass at credit level in any O’Level subjects they are missing.
- Candidates awaiting results can also apply.
How to Apply for FUHSA Remedial Programme
- Visit the FUHSA remedial admission portal and create a profile.
- Fill in your bio-data using a valid email address, as all updates will be sent there.
- Pay the non-refundable fee of ₦10,000. You can pay online or generate an RRR to pay at any bank. Only payments made through your profile will be accepted.
- After payment, complete the application form on the portal.
- Print the filled form for your records.
