FUHSI Post UTME/Direct Entry Form for 2025/2026 Admission

The Management of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun (FUHSI) wishes to inform the general public, particularly all prospective students, that the closing date for the Post-UTME Registration has been extended.
📌 The application portal, earlier scheduled to close on Tuesday, 26th August 2025, will now remain open until Friday, 5th September 2025.
This extension is to provide an additional opportunity for interested candidates who are yet to complete their registration. All applicants are therefore strongly advised to make use of this window, as no further extension will be granted.
Eligible candidates who wish to apply should kindly follow the instructions provided below.
So, the Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun—known around here as FUHSI—has kicked off its Post-UTME and Direct Entry form sales for the 2025/2026 session. The process opens officially on Tuesday, 5th August.

Who’s Qualified? Here’s the Real Deal
You can apply if:
- You picked FUHSI as your first choice during UTME registration.
- You didn’t, but you’re ready to change it on the JAMB portal.
That’s the entry gate. Now let’s look at what your score needs to say.
Courses and Cut-Off Marks
Below are the courses you can apply for and the minimum UTME scores required:
- Audiology – 200
- Biochemistry – 180
- Biotechnology & Molecular Biology – 180
- Doctor of Physiotherapy – 200
- Environmental Health Science – 180
- Information Technology & Health Informatics – 180
- Medical Laboratory Science – 210
- Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) – 220
- Microbiology – 180
- Nursing Science – 210
- Nutrition & Dietetics – 180
- Pharmacology – 180
- Prosthetics & Orthotics – 180
Now here’s the catch:
If you’re going for Medicine, Nursing, Medical Lab Science, or Physiotherapy, your O’level result must be in one sitting. No combinations here. It’s strict.
Direct Entry Folks, This Is For You Too
If you’re applying through Direct Entry, and you want Medicine or Nursing, you must have:
- At least a Second Class Upper
- Your degree must be in a relevant field
- From a university that people have actually heard of

Everything happens online. Just visit the FUHSI website and follow the instructions there.
Don’t skip the guide on the portal. Read it properly before filling the form. Too many people rush and end up with mistakes that cost them a spot.

Friday, 5th September 2025. After that, the portal closes. And no, they’re not dragging it longer. Once it shuts, it shuts.
