Admission Requirements

You need five O’Level credits, including English and Maths, in subjects related to your course.

Minimum JAMB Scores:

• Medicine & Surgery: 200
• Nursing: 180
• Law: 200
• Architecture, Computer Science: 160
• Education: 130
• All others: 150

Didn’t pick GOUNI as your first choice? You must do a Change of Institution through JAMB before applying.

Once admitted, you’ll need your JAMB admission letter to finalise the process.

How to Apply

There are four ways to apply:

• UTME: with valid JAMB score
• Direct Entry: with JAMB Direct Entry form
• JUPEB: with a strong O’Level result
• Postgraduate: for those with a degree

Apply online through the official GOUNI admission form portal. Admission offers are sent by email within three working days, so make sure you provide an active one.

Tuition Payment

Do not pay tuition for Nursing, Medicine, or Law until you get an email from the Admissions Officer. If your course is in any other faculty, you can start paying once your admission is confirmed. Check this school fees page for a full guide.
