LASUTH ND Orthopaedic Cast Tech Admission Form 2025/2026
Lagos State University Teaching Hospital has opened admission into its School of Orthopaedic Cast Technology for the 2025/2026 session. Qualified applicants can now obtain forms and must apply within six weeks of this notice. Screening will include a CBT and oral interview.
Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, better known as LASUTH, has officially rolled out its admission form for the Orthopaedic Cast Technology programme. This is not just another classroom gig, it is a hands-on course that trains the very people who fix broken bones into shape. And yes, it is fully accredited by the National Board for Technical Education.
The programme leads to a National Diploma (ND) after two years of full-time study. By the end, those who make it through are qualified Orthopaedic Cast Technicians, ready to step into hospitals where their skills are in demand.
Who Can Apply?
The requirements are clear and not too heavy:
- Five O’Level credits including English Language and Mathematics
- At least two science subjects from Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
- Results can be from not more than two sittings
- A minimum JAMB UTME score of 130
- Age limit: candidates must be 16 years and above

How the Process Works
Getting in starts with picking up the application form from the Work Planning and Recruitment Unit, MRC Administrative Building, LASUTH.
When submitting, you need to attach:
- Photocopies of all academic credentials
- A typed curriculum vitae
- Two recent passport photographs (white background only)
- UTME result slip
- WAEC/NECO certificate or result printout
After that, brace up for the Computer Based Test at LASUTH. Those who pass will be invited for an oral interview, where original documents must be presented.
Application Deadline
The window for sales and submission of forms is six weeks from the date of this announcement. Once the deadline lapses, that is it.
