MAU Second Update on 2025/2026 Undergraduate Admission
The Modibbo Adama University (MAU), Yola, has issued a second update as the 2025/2026 undergraduate admission exercise reaches its final phase. The admission office urges all prospective students to act fast on pending tasks so they do not lose their places.
According to the MAU Admission Office, some applicants still have offers that are yet to be accepted on the JAMB portal. Those candidates are advised to accept their offers at once to keep their slots.
Second Update: Actions Required at MAU
- Accept pending offers
Candidates with approvals showing as pending need to accept them now. Delay may lead to loss of the slot for this session. - Upload O’Level results
Applicants with no result on their portals should visit a JAMB CBT centre and upload their O’Level results without delay. - Fix subject mix for listed programmes
Many applicants in Accounting, Management Technology, Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Education, and Information Technology lack Mathematics or Economics in their JAMB subjects or O’Level results. Such cases are not admitted. - Consider alternative programmes
Affected candidates have a strong chance in Library and Information Science, Political Science, or Sociology, if Government is present in both JAMB subjects and O’Level results.
All changes or transfers must be completed immediately.
Final notice from MAU
The admission team at MAU asks all applicants to review their status, accept valid offers, and complete any pending uploads or programme changes at once. This second update aims to help students finish the process on time.
