Comparing NABTEB Result 2025 with last year

This year’s outcome stands higher than 2024 in several areas. In 2024, about 65 per cent of candidates passed with five credits including English and Maths, compared to this year’s 68 per cent. Mathematics saw a better pass rate this year, while English Language had a slightly lower score compared with last year’s record.

On exam malpractice, 435 cases were noted in 2025, higher in numbers but lower in percentage terms when compared to last year’s 349 cases. The registrar stressed that this reflected a real drop in malpractice cases relative to the number of candidates.

Final word to candidates

If you sat for NABTEB this year, your result is just a few clicks or a single SMS away. Check carefully, keep your scratch card safe, and ensure you use a valid email if you go the email route. This round of exams showed stronger numbers overall, and many students will feel the hard work paid off. For those less lucky, it is another call to regroup and push forward, because as they say, the race is not always to the swift but to those who keep running.
