How to apply for GVU postgraduate admission
Candidates have two options, either apply online or pick up the form at the Lagos or Ogwa campus. The application costs ₦30,000 (non-refundable).

Requirements for admission
The school has made the entry rules clear, based on the level of study:
- PhD: A Master’s degree with at least 60% average or 3.5 CGPA on a 5.0 scale. Those with 55%–59.9% (or 3.00–3.49) may apply for MPhil/PhD. Scores below 55% or 3.00 are not accepted. Such candidates are advised to complete another Master’s first.
- Master’s: A minimum of second class lower.
- Postgraduate Diploma: For candidates with third class, HND, or a first degree in a field different from their intended course.
These cut-offs, though strict, keep the standards firm.
