Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery (TSCNM) opens form for community nursing admission. Learn who can apply, how to apply, and when to take the test. Keep reading for full details.

Apply for Taraba State Community Nursing Admission 2025/2026

Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery has opened the admission form for the Community Nursing Programme.

Forms are available online from 17 March 2025 to 10 April 2025.

Only eligible candidates can apply.

Meet the Entry Rules

  • You must have at least three credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
  • English Language and Biology are needed.
  • You must also have credit in either Physics or Chemistry.
  • You must have all these in no more than two sittings.
  • Only those from Taraba State can apply.
  • NABTEB can only be used with NABTEB.

Follow the Steps to Apply

  1. Go to the college portal at Taraba College Application Portal.
  2. Create an account with a valid email and phone number.
  3. Log in using the details created.
  4. Pay ₦10,000 using an ATM card.
  5. Fill out the form online and check for errors before submission.
  6. Use only a result checking PIN that has not been used more than three times.
  7. Print the payment slip, filled form, and acknowledgement letter.

Get Ready for the Next Stage

Bring these items to the college on the day of verification:

  • Printed payment slip
  • Printed application form
  • Acknowledgement letter
  • O’level result checking PIN or card
  • National Identity Card or slip
  • All documents in both original and photocopy

Write the Test

The physical verification and aptitude test will take place on:

  • Date: Friday, 11 April 2025
  • Time: 8:00 a.m.
  • Venue: College grounds
