Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) releases the UTME cut-off mark for the 2026/2027 academic session. Candidates who scored at least 150 and chose IAUE as their first or second choice are eligible for admission. Others interested in the institution are also considered.

IAUE Admission Cut-Off Mark

The Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE), an institution known for its commitment to high-quality education, has released the cut-off mark for the 2026/2027 academic session admission exercise. IAUE, established by the Rivers State Government in 2009, is strategically located in Port Harcourt, Nigeria’s second-largest port city. It offers a diverse array of degree programs designed to prepare students for both academia and the professional world.

The Importance of the UTME Score

The university’s admission process relies heavily on the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) score. The UTME is a vital aspect of the admission process, and only candidates who scored the minimum cut-off mark in the 2026/2027 UTME are eligible for admission consideration. Candidates who chose IAUE as their first and second choice during the UTME registration and scored the required mark are prime candidates for admission. Additionally, candidates who may not have initially chosen IAUE but are interested in studying at the institution and have scored the minimum cut-off mark are also eligible.
