The University of Calabar, UNICAL academic calendar for the second semester, 2019/2020 academic session has been approved by the senate and published online.
WE are using this medium to inform the members of the general public and most especially all the staff and students of the University of Calabar (UNICAL), that the school senate has released the academic events for the 2019/2020 academic session.

- April 2021
- Friday 16th – Students arrive on Campus
- Monday 19th – Payment of school charges/Registration for all students
- Monday 19th – Lectures begin for all students
- Friday 23rd – End of registration for all students
- Monday 26th – Late registration begins for all students
- Monday 26th – Supplementary exams begin
- Wednesday 28th – INAUGURAL LECTURE
- Monday 30th – Supplementary exams end.
- May 2021
- Wednesday 26th – INAUGURAL LECTURE
- Monday 31st – Students’ Week Begins
- June 2021
- Friday 4th – Students’ Week Ends
- Wednesday 23rd – INAUGURAL LECTURE
- July 2021
- Monday 5th – Lecture ends
- Monday 12th – Exams begin for Pre-Degree students
- Wednesday 14th – Exams end for Pre-Degree students
- Wednesday 14th – INAUGURAL LECTURE
- Thursday 15th – Exams begin for all GSS courses
- Tuesday 20th – Exams end for all GSS courses
- Wednesday 21st – Exams begin for Education and Final year students
- Monday 26th – Exams end for Education and Final Year Students

- Monday 2nd – Exams end for all except CES Students

- Saturday 7th – Exams end for CES Students
- Sunday 8th – End of the second semester and all students depart.
