UNICROSS has announced the schedule for the first semester 2024/2025 examinations. Final-year, continuing, and first-year students have different dates. Read further for detailed arrangements and requirements.

UNICROSS First Semester 2024/2025 Examination Schedule

The University of Cross River State (UNICROSS) has released the examination schedule for the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic session.

The timetable covers students from all levels and faculties.

Examination Dates

  1. Final-Year Students (Faculty of Education)
    • Dates: Monday, 20 January to Saturday, 25 January 2025.
  2. 2nd and 3rd-Year Students (Faculty of Education)
    • Dates: Monday, 27 January to Saturday, 1 February 2025.
  3. All Other Faculties (Except First-Year Students)
    • Dates: Monday, 3 February to Saturday, 8 February 2025.
  4. First-Year Students
    • Dates: Monday, 10 February to Saturday, 15 February 2025.
  5. General Studies (GSS)
    • Commencement Date: Monday, 17 February 2025.

Key Instructions

  • Lectures for first-year students will continue as determined by lecturers.
  • Students are advised to attend all classes and complete any pending assignments.
  • Timetables for specific courses and venues will be issued by the Directorate of Academic Planning.

Examination Requirements

  • Students must show proof of full school fee payment.
  • University ID cards must be presented at examination venues.
  • The “No Fee/No Examinations” policy will be enforced.

Conduct During Examinations

  • Students and staff are encouraged to cooperate for a smooth examination period.
  • Any activities that disrupt the process should be avoided.
  • Staff are expected to assist in maintaining discipline and ensuring compliance with the rules.
