EAUED Physical Screening Schedule & Checklist 2024/2025

Emmanuel Alayande University of Education (EAUED), Oyo, has announced the schedule for the physical screening of newly admitted candidates for the 2024/2025 academic session.

This screening is a vital step to confirm the validity of admissions and ensure all required documents are verified.

Physical Screening Timetable

The physical screening exercise is scheduled based on faculties.

• Science Education: Tuesday, 10 December 2024, at 9:00 AM
• Arts Education: Wednesday, 11 December 2024, at 9:00 AM
• Specialised and Professional Education: Wednesday, 11 December 2024, at 9:00 AM
• Vocational, Innovation and Engineering Education: Thursday, 12 December 2024, at 9:00 AM
• Social Science Education: Thursday, 12 December 2024, at 9:00 AM

Requirements for Physical Screening

All candidates must bring the documents listed below for verification.

• Four office files of Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo.
• Six coloured passport photographs.
• One original copy and four photocopies of O’Level results.
• One original copy and four photocopies of the 2024 UTME result.
• Testimonial.
• Acceptance fee receipt.
• Post-UTME screening result slip.
• Letter of attestation from a civil servant (level 12 or above) with contact details and an email address.
• Evidence of local government of origin.
• Result checking cards.
• Birth certificate.
• Letter of recommendation for admission.
• University admission letter.
• Application form receipt.
• JAMB change of institution printout showing Emmanuel Alayande University of Education as the first choice (details about JAMB change of institution process).
• JAMB CAPS O’Level result.
