Kaduna Polytechnic (KADPOLY) HND Physical Screening Requirements

The Kaduna Polytechnic (KADPOLY) HND physical screening process for the 2024/2025 academic session has been announced.

All candidates offered provisional admission into the Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes must present specific documents for screening.

Required Documents for Physical Screening

The following documents must be submitted during the screening process:

  1. Admission letter.
  2. Admission acceptance slip.
  3. Application form.
  4. Primary school certificate.
  5. Birth certificate.
  6. Statement of result.
  7. Certificate of state of origin (not from liaison office).
  8. WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB result.

Screening will be conducted by the department before proceeding to the next step.

Next Steps After Physical Screening

After passing the screening, candidates can proceed to pay the school fees.

Once school fees are paid, additional documents will be required to open a file.

Additional Documents for File Opening

The following documents must be added after paying school fees:

  1. Attestation letter.
  2. Clearance form for school fees.
  3. Student registration form.
  4. Medical receipt.
  5. School fees receipt.
  6. Form A and Form B.
  7. Entrepreneurship receipt.

Ensure your WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB results align with your course of study before paying the acceptance fee.

Failure to meet the document requirements may delay your clearance process.
