The University of Delta (UNIDEL) is preparing for the 2024/2025 Matriculation Ceremony, set for Friday, 8th November 2024.

This event marks the formal welcome for all registered 100-level students of UNIDEL.

Details of the Matriculation Ceremony

The ceremony will start at 10 AM, following a procession that begins at 9 AM.

All members of Senate and Congregation are expected to robe and participate in this procession.

Faculty Officers are to collect academic gowns for their faculties starting Wednesday, 6th November 2024, from the central stores.

Faculty Officers must ensure that students are properly dressed, robed, and conduct themselves respectfully throughout the ceremony.

Conduct and Regulations

Students should avoid any behaviour that may bring disrepute to UNIDEL.

Such behaviour may lead to strict penalties under the university’s rules and regulations.

Congratulations to the UNIDEL Community

The university community extends congratulations to the Vice Chancellor, management, staff, and students on this occasion.
