FUTMINNA Post UTME/Direct Entry Screening Form | Federal University of Technology, Minna

The Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA) Post UTME/Direct Entry Screening Form is now available for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Registration for the University’s Pre-Admission Screening Exercise (UPASE) starts on Wednesday, 14th August 2024, and ends at midnight on Sunday, 13th October 2024.

Eligibility for FUTMINNA Post UTME Screening

• Only UTME and Direct Entry candidates who selected Federal University of Technology, Minna as their first choice during the 2024 JAMB are eligible.
• UTME candidates must meet the required cut-off marks for their chosen programmes.
• Candidates must have the correct UTME subject combinations for their courses as per the 2024 JAMB Brochure.
• Candidates not meeting the above requirements can change to other courses where they meet the criteria.
• All candidates must have at least five ‘O’ Level credits, including Mathematics and English, relevant to their chosen courses, in no more than two sittings.
• Direct Entry candidates need a minimum of Lower Credit at National Diploma or Higher National Diploma levels, or Merit at NCE level.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Ensure your ‘O’ Level results are uploaded on the JAMB website – CAPS.
• Check the university homepage for relevant subjects for each course.
• False declarations may result in disqualification at any stage of the admission process.

Method of Registration for FUTMINNA Post UTME

• Pay a non-refundable fee of two thousand naira (₦2,000) through the REMITA platform.

Steps for Registration

1. Visit the FUTMINNA Application Page
2. Login Process
   • Enter your JAMB registration number.
   • Enter one of your names.
   • Click on ‘Login’.
3. Upload Results
   • Upload your ‘O’ level results.
   • DE candidates should upload their higher level results.
4. Course Selection
   • Choose another course if your UTME/‘O’ level subject combinations do not meet requirements for the registered course.
5. Payment Process
   • Click on ‘Proceed to payment gateway’.
   • Confirm entries and click on ‘payment link’ button to proceed to payment gateway.
   • Payment can be made through Debit Card (MasterCard preferred) or Verve (only those enabled for online payment) or Bank branch (generate RRR from application portal).
6. Payment Confirmation
   • Enter ATM Debit card details (Card number, expiry date, CVV 2, and pin number).
   • If payment is successful, the screen will display all previously entered data.
7. Print Application
   • Click on the ‘Print’ button to print the document.
