The Nigeria Police Academy (POLAC) has announced the schedule for admission exercises into the 11th Regular Course.

Candidates who completed their registration are invited to participate in various stages, starting with the Computer-Based Test (CBT).

The exercises will include credential verification, physical and psychological screenings, medical evaluations, and board interviews.

These activities are set to begin on Wednesday, 4th December 2024, at the Nigeria Police Academy in Wudil, Kano.

Candidates must visit the Nigeria Police Academy website to print their invitation slip.

Stages of the Admission Exercises

All candidates will first undergo the CBT.

Only candidates who pass the CBT will proceed to subsequent stages.

These stages include credential screening, physical fitness tests, psychological screening, medical evaluations, and the board interview.

Accommodation will be arranged for participants.

Screening Requirements

Candidates must appear at the screening centre dressed in a plain white T-shirt and shorts.

The following documents must be neatly organised in two white flat files:

  • A certificate of physical and mental fitness from a government-recognised hospital.
  • A character reference from the Village or District Head.
  • A certificate of origin signed by the Local Government Chairman or Secretary.
  • A printed copy of the National Identity Number (NIN) slip.
  • Original and photocopies of O’ Level results, birth certificate or age declaration, and JAMB result.
  • A print-out of the application form.
  • A completed guarantor’s form.
  • The invitation slip.

Candidates without these documents will not be screened.

Important Guidelines for Candidates

Candidates must strictly follow the schedule, date, and time stated on their invitation slip.

All participants should review specific guidelines provided for the exercise.

Any deviation from these instructions could lead to disqualification.

Transparency in the Screening Process

The Commandant, AIG Sadiq I. Abubakar, has assured transparency during the admission process.

He emphasised that the entire exercise is free of charge.

Candidates are warned against engaging with anyone attempting to exploit the process.

Those found violating rules will face legal consequences.

Applicants are encouraged to prepare adequately and remain alert throughout the process.
