Graduate Internship – Finance (Lagos)

ExxonMobil is taking in new graduates for a full-time internship in Finance based in Lagos. The intern will work closely with the finance team, helping out with reports, budgeting, invoice processing, cost control and audits.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support financial reports and data analysis
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Help manage payables and receivables
  • Keep an eye on costs and suggest savings

Requirements

Graduate Internship – Administration (Lagos)

This admin role focuses on facility support. From inspecting buildings to helping with office maintenance, the intern will work across office and residential spaces in Lagos and remotely support Abuja as needed.

Your Main Tasks

  • Inspect facilities and spot safety issues
  • Help with both planned and urgent maintenance
  • Source materials and check quality
  • Track contractor jobs and make sure they meet targets
  • Use the Work Management System to handle service requests
  • Monitor utilities like water, power, and diesel
  • Keep safety meetings and reports in check
  • Help run day-to-day admin for buildings

Requirements

  • NYSC must be done in the last 2 years
  • A Second Class Upper in Engineering, Computer Science, Social Sciences or similar
  • Good at organising tasks and speaking clearly
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Likes solving problems and improving systems

Bonus:

  • Knowledge of facility management or a relevant certificate is a plus

If you studied Food Science, Catering, Hospitality or Microbiology, this catering internship in Lagos could be for you. The intern will work with the catering team to uphold food safety and service quality across ExxonMobil’s sites.

Tasks You’ll Handle

  • Check kitchens and food storage daily
  • Run hygiene inspections and follow up on gaps
  • Handle customer service requests related to food
  • Help design menus and improve food products
  • Track complaints and make sure they’re fixed
  • Check that delivered food items meet set standards
  • Support admin work in the catering unit

What You Need

  • BSc or BTech with at least a 2nd Class Upper
  • Finished NYSC within the last 2 years
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good with Excel and MS Office
  • Must understand basic food safety and hygiene principles (HACCP)
