The Ruth Titilayo Foundation is pleased to announce the 2026 Secondary School Scholarship. The program supports talented students in Nigerian state secondary schools who show strong academic promise. The scholarship helps students focus on learning by easing some of the financial pressure on their families.

Who Can Apply for the Ruth Titilayo Secondary School Scholarship?

You’re encouraged to apply if you meet these requirements:

• You attend a state secondary school in Nigeria.
• You have strong Common Entrance results.
• You’re doing well academically in your current class.
• You’re currently enrolled, or you were registered as a student within the past year.

Value of the Ruth Titilayo Secondary School Scholarship

Successful candidates receive financial support to help cover education costs:

• Tuition allowance up to ₦100,000 per academic year
• Maintenance allowance up to ₦15,000

This support is designed to help families keep students in school and thriving.

How to Apply for the Ruth Titilayo Secondary School Scholarship

Prepare the following:

1. A personal statement that tells us about you, your goals, and what motivates you
2. Your current school result
3. Two reference letters from teachers listed on the application form

Selection Process

• Applications are reviewed and candidates are shortlisted based on the documents submitted.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an online interview.
• The interview will include competency-based questions suited to the applicant’s current year group.

• Application window: 1 October 2025 to 31 October 2025
• Shortlist notifications begin: 11 November 2025
• Interviews: December 2025
• Awards announced after the selection process is completed
