Achievers University Post UTME/DE Form for 2026/2027 Admission

Achievers University, Owo, has opened applications for undergraduate admission for the 2026/2027 academic session. The school invites qualified candidates to apply for its listed programmes.

Achievers University started in 2007 and stands as the first private university in Ondo and Ekiti states. The university states that it has approval and accreditation from the National Universities Commission, NUC, and relevant professional bodies; it also marked its 18th Anniversary and 15th Convocation Ceremony in December 2025.

The university says its academic focus rests on Knowledge, Integrity and Leadership.

Achievers University Admission Requirements

The entry rules depend on the application route. UTME candidates need the approved JAMB score and O’Level credits, while Direct Entry candidates need the required O’Level subjects plus accepted higher qualifications.

UTME Candidates

UTME applicants must score at least 150 in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, as approved by JAMB.

They must also have at least five credit passes at not more than two sittings in WAEC SSCE, NECO SSCE or NABTEB. For MBBS, the five credits must come at one sitting.

The credits must include English Language, Mathematics and three other subjects that match the chosen course.

Direct Entry into 200 Level

Direct Entry candidates must meet the O’Level requirement above and hold two passes at A Level, IJMB or JUPEB.

Holders of ND, NCE or ATS results may apply for relevant courses. Candidates must also buy the 2026/2027 Direct Entry form from JAMB.

Specific Direct Entry Requirements

Some courses carry extra Direct Entry rules. Applicants should read the part that matches their chosen programme before they apply.

Nursing Science

Direct Entry candidates for Bachelor of Nursing Science must meet the O’Level rule and hold at least two A Level passes in Biology or Zoology and either Chemistry or Physics.

They may also apply with a Registered Nursing Certificate, RN, from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, or a B.Sc. degree with at least Second Class Lower in any Biological or Health Science course.

Medical Laboratory Science

Direct Entry candidates for Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science must meet the O’Level rule and hold at least two A Level passes in Biology or Zoology and either Chemistry or Physics.

The university also accepts Medical Laboratory Technician Diploma from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria, MLSCN, or a B.Sc. degree with at least Second Class Lower in any Biological Science course.

Engineering

Candidates applying for B.Eng. programmes must meet the O’Level rule and hold at least two A Level passes, including Mathematics and Physics.

They may also apply with a National Diploma at Upper Credit level in Engineering.

Law

Direct Entry candidates for LL.B. must meet the O’Level rule and have two papers at Principal or Advanced level in HSC, GCE, IJMB or JUPEB.

An acceptable bachelor’s degree also qualifies. All Law candidates must have at least a credit pass in Literature in English in WAEC SSCE, NECO SSCE or GCE O’Level.

Direct Entry into 300 Level

Candidates seeking admission into 300 Level must meet the O’Level rule and hold HND in their fields of study.

HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics is acceptable for B.Sc. Computer Science. HND in Computer Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering is acceptable for B.Eng. Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Biomedical Engineering.

HND in Civil Engineering is acceptable for B.Eng. Civil Engineering.

Holders of ACCA, ACIB, ACIS, ACIN and ACIT may apply for Accounting and Business Administration.

How to Apply for Achievers University Admission

Candidates can process admission online or through physical application forms. All applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦25,000.

They can apply through the Achievers University application portal or obtain the form at Achievers University, Owo, or any listed screening centre.
