The Management of Aliko Dangote College of Nursing Sciences, Bauchi has opened the sale of application forms for Direct Entry into the Basic Midwifery programme for the 2026/2027 academic session. Interested and qualified candidates can apply within the stated period; the sale and submission dates matter.

Who can apply

The College invites qualified candidates who want admission into the Basic Midwifery programme through Direct Entry.

Admission requirements

Prospective applicants must meet these conditions:

Professional licensure

  • Applicants must hold a current Community Midwife practising licence issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

Academic qualifications

  • Candidates must present SSCE results from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or NBAIS with at least five (5) O’Level credits.

Subject requirements

  • The five credits must be obtained in no more than two sittings.
  • Credits must include Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

How to get the form and submit it

Candidates are expected to follow the College process below; it starts at the Bursary.

  1. Buy the form: Visit the College Bursary Department to obtain the application form.
  2. Cost: The form costs N10,000 only.
  3. Sales window: Forms are on sale from 2 February 2026 to 12 February 2026.
  4. Submission: Submit the completed form with copies of academic and professional credentials to the Registration Office, no later than 12 February 2026.
