LASU External Certificate & Diploma Programmes Form 2025/2026

Lagos State University (LASU), working with LASU Consult Limited and partnering professional bodies, has announced the start of applications for its External Certificate and Diploma Programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The university says the programmes support skills acquisition, professional competence, and manpower development across key sectors; the focus is Practical, and the route is clear.

List of available programmes

LASU Consult Limited will run the following certificate, diploma, and advanced diploma options with relevant professional bodies:

• Certificate in Healthcare Management
• Certificate in Hospitality and Hotel Management
• Certificate and Diploma in Human Capital Management
• Certificate and Diploma in Motor Vehicle Administration and Inspection
• Certificate Programmes of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI)
• Diploma in Entrepreneurship
• Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Energy Management Technology
• Certificate and Diploma in Organic Agriculture
• Professional Diploma Programmes in Criminology and Security Studies
• Certificate and Diploma in Social Works and Administration
• Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Crisis Management
• Certificate Courses in Tourism and Hospitality Operations
• Certificate in Film and Television Production
• Diploma and Workshops in Filmmaking
• Professional Certificate in Leadership and Governance
• Professional Diploma Programmes in ICT, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence
• Certificate and Diploma Programmes in Border Security and Migration Management

How to apply

Interested candidates are to apply through the Lagos State University portal at Lagos State University portal (LASU).

Applicants are required to:

• generate an application number, then
• pay the prescribed application fee into the official LASU Consult Limited account, following the approved application steps.

LASU states that any applicant who pays money to any individual, or through any channel outside the officially stated method, does so at his or her own disadvantage; keep payments Proper.

Key note about the programmes

The advertised programmes are terminal. They do not automatically lead to admission into the full-time undergraduate programmes of Lagos State University.
