Admission requirements for the new courses

  • At least five (5) O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics; obtained in not more than two sittings.

How candidates can apply

MAU has stated two routes for interested applicants; each route depends on the candidate’s earlier JAMB choice.

1) Change of programme for UTME/DE candidates (MAU as First Choice)

Candidates who chose MAU Yola as their First Choice but did not get admitted into their initial course can apply to switch to any of the new programmes.

This is subject to having similar JAMB subject combinations and meeting the stated O’Level requirements; that part stays Key.

2) Change of Institution to MAU Yola (for candidates who did not choose MAU)

Candidates who did not initially choose MAU Yola are advised to effect a Change of Institution to Modibbo Adama University, Yola through the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).
