UNILAG DLI Matriculation Ceremony for 2025/2026 Newly Admitted Students

The Distance Learning Institute, University of Lagos, has fixed the matriculation ceremony for newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The ceremony is for students admitted into Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3.

The matriculation ceremony will hold as follows:

• Date: Friday, 15 May 2026
• Time: 9:00am prompt
• Venue: Nurudeen Alao Auditorium, DLI

New students should take the time seriously, as the ceremony will begin by 9:00am.

Who Should Attend?

All newly admitted Distance Learning Institute students for the 2025/2026 academic session should attend.

This includes:

• Year 1 students
• Year 2 students
• Year 3 students

The event formally marks their admission into the institute.

DLI encouraged all newly admitted students to attend the ceremony.

Students should prepare well and arrive early enough to be seated before the programme starts.
