LASU SPTS Clearance for 2024: Steps to Complete LACACA
The LASU Central Admissions Clearance Application (LACACA) for Lagos State University School of Part-Time Studies (SPTS) candidates has begun.
The process commenced on Wednesday, 13th November 2024, and will close on Monday, 2nd December 2024.
All admitted candidates must complete the LACACA operation before the deadline to secure their admission.
Candidates who complete the process successfully will be assigned matriculation numbers.
Those who fail to complete the clearance process will forfeit their provisional admission offer.

Payment of LACACA Clearance Fees
The clearance process requires payment of specific fees, which must be made through the LASU e-payment portal.
Before starting the clearance, candidates must have already paid the acceptance, medical, and LACACA fees.
To pay the LACACA fee:
- Visit the LASU Consult Limited page.
- Enter your application number in the provided field.
- Provide a valid email address and phone number.
- Click on “Continue” to proceed with payment.
Steps to Complete the LACACA Operation
To complete the clearance process, follow these steps:
- Go to the LASU website.
- Hover over the “STUDENT” tab and select “SPTS LACACA.”
- Enter your application form number and surname, then click “Submit.”
On the dashboard, complete the following tasks:
- Validate your bio-data details.
- Verify your disability status.
- Upload O’Level scratch card details.
- Upload your original birth certificate.
- Upload your original SPTS admission letter.
- Upload a scanned copy of your signature.
- Check the “I Agree” text box and submit the application.
At this stage, the clearance progress will update to 20%.
Documents will then be reviewed by university officials for verification.
Monitoring Clearance Progress
Candidates must monitor the progress of their clearance on the portal.
Corrections may be required if errors are identified during the verification process.
To make corrections, payment must be made through the LASU e-payment portal.
When the clearance progress reaches 100%, candidates can print the LASU Admission Clearance Certificate and will receive their matriculation numbers.
Important Notes for Candidates
The online clearance process will run for two weeks, ending on Monday, 2nd December 2024.
Candidates who fail to complete the clearance within this period will lose their admission.
Rejected candidates must check their portal to understand the reasons for rejection.
Some cases may require visiting the SPTS Office for further clarification.
Candidates using NECO O’Level results must visit the NECO E-verify portal and request their results to be sent to dict.verification@lasu.edu.ng.
