Sequel to the recent 78th Senate Meeting, new security measures have been introduced to enhance safety on campus.

1. Motorcycle Operators (Okada)

• All motorcycle operators must wear customized reflective vest jackets for easy identification, in addition to their numbered tags issued at the entrance gate.
• They are also required to register with the University Security Unit using their National Identification Number (NIN) or Voter's Card.
• To ensure safety, students and staff are advised to only use registered motorcycle operators wearing the approved vests.

2. Staff in Staff Quarters

• Staff residing in the Staff Quarters will be issued identification tags and vehicle stickers for easy identification.
• These stickers will help distinguish staff vehicles from those of students, visitors, and other staff members.

3. Traders and General Identification

• Traders on campus will be issued identification tags to wear while conducting their businesses.
• All staff and students are encouraged to carry their identity cards at all times to aid in proper identification.

4. Security Checks

• Enhanced security checks have commenced at all entry points into the University, covering both vehicles and motorcycles.
• These security measures are in place for the safety of everyone on campus, and staff and students are urged to cooperate fully with security operatives and report any suspicious movements.
