The Nigerian Pharmacology Students Association (NPSA) at Sa’adu Zungur University has issued a detailed checklist for the upcoming departmental registration, set to take place during the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic session. This exercise is compulsory for all newly admitted 100-level students.
To complete their registration, students must report to the Secretary’s Office in the Pharmacology Department, bringing all necessary documents as specified by the association. The notice, which was signed by Secretary Mamuda Korau, emphasizes the importance of having all required documents in order to ensure a seamless registration process.
The registration requirements include a JAMB Admission Letter (For Institution Use Only), an Official School Admission Letter, a Completed Online Screening Form for 2025/2026, School Payment Receipts (both Remitter and Student Copies), a duly signed Online Course Registration Form (CRF), an Original JAMB Result, Completed Medical Forms, a Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) Certificate, a Primary School Certificate, a Certificate of Indigeneship, a Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age, and two recent passport photographs.
