FUWAKARI SUG Notice On Rescheduling Of Hostel Balloting Exercise For Final Year Students

The Students' Union Government (SUG) has announced a rescheduling of the hostel balloting exercise for final year students. This decision was made in response to recent network issues with the school fees registration portal, which had prevented many students from completing their registration.
The new date for the hostel balloting exercise is Saturday, 30th May, 2026, at 9:00 AM. The exercise will take place at the Prof. Geoffrey Okogbaa Lecture Hall (LT 1). All affected students are advised to note the new schedule and attend promptly, as accommodation spaces are limited.
The SUG and the Dean of Students Affairs hope this rescheduling will enable all final year students to complete their registration and participate in the hostel balloting exercise. Students are thanked for their understanding and cooperation in this matter.
