The Nigerian Maritime University, Okerenkoko, invites candidates who chose the university as their first choice in the 2026/2027 JAMB Unified Tertiary Examination and scored a minimum of 150 to apply for screening.

To apply, eligible candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000 via the university portal.

Here are the online registration and payment instructions: 1. Visit the university's website and click on the e-portal link. 2. Select the Admission Forms link. 3. Choose the Post-UTME Admission Form type. 4. Click the MAKE PAYMENT NOW button to make the payment. 5. Payment can be made online using an ATM card or internet banking. 6. After payment, return to the online portal, click on Register to obtain login credentials, and complete the registration. 7. Print the 2026/2027 Screening Exercise Slip.

Requirements for application include: i. A minimum JAMB score of 150. ii. Five O'Level credits in relevant subjects, which must be uploaded to the JAMB portal. iii. Correctly filling out the Bio-Data form online.

Note that candidates do not need to upload passport photographs or biometric data as these have been provided by JAMB. Candidates who do not register for the Post-UTME screening will not be considered for admission. However, foreign and disabled candidates are exempt from the Post UTME screening exercise.

The registration closes on Monday, 29th June 2026.
