The College of Nursing Specialty Programmes at Benue State University Teaching Hospital has extended the sale of admission forms for its specialty nursing programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Applications are now open for the following programmes:
To be eligible for these programmes, candidates must possess a Registered Nurse (RN) certificate with a valid practising licence. They are also required to have at least five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, obtained in not more than two sittings. A combination of WAEC and NECO results is accepted. Additionally, applicants must have a minimum of one year post-qualification experience and obtain approval for release from their employer for the full-time programme.
The admission form costs ₦20,000 (non-refundable). Interested candidates are to make payment into the designated BSUTH Schools Revenue Account and present the payment receipt at the Office of the Registrar of the College to obtain the application form.
The management stated that the sale of forms will continue until 12 October 2026. The aptitude test and interview are scheduled to hold on Monday, 12 October 2026, at the College Common Room by 8:00 a.m. Registration and orientation for successful candidates will take place from 16 to 20 November 2026.
Applicants are advised to deal only with the College management, as the institution has warned that no agent has been authorized to collect payments or issue admission forms on its behalf. For further enquiries, candidates should contact the phone numbers provided in the official admission notice.
