The Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo has commenced admission into its Remedial Science Programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The nine-month intensive programme is designed to prepare candidates for admission into selected undergraduate degree programmes at the university. It combines teaching, laboratory exercises, and JAMB/UTME coaching to equip candidates with the necessary skills.

Entry Requirements

To be eligible, applicants must possess at least three O’Level credits in WAEC, SSCE, NECO, GCE or equivalent results in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and either Biology, Agricultural Science or Geography.

The programme is available to candidates interested in studying:

Admission Conditions

Candidates who successfully complete the programme may be considered for automatic placement into the university's degree programmes, provided they meet the stated requirements. These requirements include obtaining at least 50% in each subject, maintaining 75% attendance, choosing the university as their first choice in JAMB/UTME, and meeting the university's cut-off mark for their chosen programme.

Application Fee and Deadline

The application fee is ₦10,000, non-refundable. Sales of application forms will commence on Friday, August 7, 2026, and close on Sunday, October 31, 2026.
