Notice to the University Community

The Executive Governor of Bauchi State, Senator (Dr) Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, has declared Monday, 17th August, 2026, as a work-free day. This declaration aims to enable workers to participate fully in the forthcoming Local Government Council Elections.

University Management Directive

Pursuant to the Governor's directive, the University Management has also declared Monday, 17th August, 2026, as a work-free day within the University.

Resumption of Normal Activities

Normal activities are set to resume on Tuesday, 18th August, 2026. All essential services will be maintained during the work-free day period.
