AKSU SUG Reschedules September Exams To October 16 2026

The Students’ Union Government (SUG) of Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) has announced that the exams originally set for Wednesday, 23 September 2026, will be moved.

A press release issued on 21 September 2026 explained that the shift is due to the state’s decision to observe 23 September as a public holiday in honor of Akwa Ibom Day.

Following a recommendation from the Dean of Student Affairs, the postponed examinations are now slated for Friday, 16 October 2026.

Students impacted by the change are urged to note the new schedule and adjust their study plans accordingly.
