The university wishes to notify every 300‑Level student slated for the 2026 Teaching Practice Exercise that the ultimate date for turning in their approved teaching placement letters is Friday, 25 September 2026.

Each student must deliver the placement letter, duly endorsed by the host school of the teaching practice, to the appropriate Faculty Representative on or before that date.

Be aware that the cut‑off is fixed on Friday, 25 September 2026. Any learner who does not provide an approved placement letter by that time will not be assigned to a teaching practice school by the university and will assume full responsibility for any resulting repercussions.

NOTE:

The university can accommodate no more than fifteen (15) student teachers in any single school. Consequently, students should verify that their selected schools have sufficient capacity within this limit.

All students concerned are urged to treat this announcement with the highest priority and to submit the required documents promptly.
