All students of Bayero University, Kano are hereby notified that the Nigeria Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has opened its application window for the academic session 2026/2027.

Applicants who wish to obtain a NELFUND student loan should access the official portal at:

Those needing to request a change of course or a transfer to another institution must fill out the specific Google Form provided here:

Applicants are urged to enter correct and complete details in their submissions to facilitate smooth processing.

The portal will stay open for submissions until 31 December 2026.

Students who still have pending NELFUND refund claims should present their Remita payment receipts or Statements of Result at the NELFUND Desk Office, located on the 3rd Floor of the Senate Building, starting Monday, 5 October 2026.

All affected students are requested to note the above instructions and fulfil the required steps within the given timelines.
