Kogi State University, Kabba has announced that its online school fees payment system is now live for students. The communication comes from the university's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Unit and is dated 17 October 2026.

The notice clarifies that only learners who have completely settled their tuition fees will be permitted to enter the course registration portal.

School Fees Payment Procedure

Students should follow the steps below to settle their school fees:

• Visit the university's official website at https://www.ksukabba.edu.ng.
• Choose "New Student" if you are a fresh admit, or "Returning Student" if you are already enrolled.
• Provide the email address you used for UTME registration (new students) or your university email address (returning students).
• Enter your password and log in.
• Click on the "Fees" menu.
• Select "Generate Invoice."
• Hit "Pay Now."
• Complete the payment transaction.
• After the payment, click "Payment Status," input the RRR, and validate the transaction.

The university also reminds returning students to verify that their results from the previous semester are posted on the university portal before attempting to pay fees.

Course Registration Guidelines

The ICT Unit has also outlined the steps for students to register for their courses:

• Access the university portal at https://www.ksukabba.edu.ng.
• Choose the appropriate category: "New Student" or "Returning Student."
• New entrants should type in their JAMB registration number, while returning students should enter their matriculation number, then click "Proceed" to reach the student dashboard.
• On the dashboard, select "My Courses" from the left‑hand navigation panel.
• Click "Add" to enrol in each desired course for the semester. The "Submit and Download" button becomes active once at least 15 credit units have been added.
• Learners who still have pending courses from earlier semesters must register those courses before adding new ones for the current term.
• Carefully review the selected courses, then click "Submit and Download" to finalize registration and download the registration slip.
• Ensure that all required courses are correctly registered before the final submission.
