Following the suspension of the strike earlier embarked upon by the University of Jos Chapter of the Academic Staff Union Of Universities, the management of the institution has released an amended academic calendar for the continuation and conclusion of the 2014/2015 academic session.
The break down is as outlined below;
Monday, 25th January 2016 - Continuation of Second Semester Lectures
Friday, 19th February, 2016 – End of Industrial attachment
Saturday 5th march, 2016 – End of 2nd Semester lectures
Monday, 7th – Saturday March, 2016 – Revision week
Monday 14th, March, 2016 - Commencement of 2nd semester Examinations
Saturday 2nd April, 2016 – End of 2nd semester Examinations
Monday 18th, April, 2016 – Faculty Board meet to consider Examination Results
Thursday 21st April, 2016 – Senate meets to consider and approve sessional results
Friday, 22nd April, 2016 – End of 2014/2015 Session
