Delta State University, DELSU diploma programmes admission application form for the 2016/2017 academic session is out. The Diploma course will be for two academic sessions i.e. 18 months.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates into the Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka Regular Diploma programmes of the Institute of Education for the 2016/2017 academic session.
FACULTY OF ARTS
Diploma in Fine and Applied Arts
A minimum of 4 credits at the WASC, NECO, NABTED which must include English language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings.
FACULTY OF EDUCATION
Diploma in Nursery and Primary School Administration
FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCES
Diploma in Marketing
A minimum of 4 credits pass in the Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE), NECO or General Certificate of Education, Ordinary level (GCE O/L), TC II or their equivalent, including English Language, Mathematics and Economics and any other social science subjects obtained in not more than two sittings.
Diploma in Accounting
Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or its equivalent (Teachers Grade II, WASC, GCE Ordinary level, NECO, NABTED, RSA awarded by WAEC) with a minimum of four (4) credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Economics and one other subject from the following: Business Methods, Principles of Accounts, Literature in English, Commerce, History, Statistics, Geography, Government, Agric Science/Biology obtained at not more than two sittings.
Diploma in Banking and Finance
Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or its equivalent (Teachers Grads II, WASCE, GCE Ordinary level, NECO, NABTED, awarded by WAEC) with a minimum of four (4) credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Economics and one other subject from the following: Business Methods, Principles of Accounts, Literature in English, Commerce, History, Statistics, Geography, Government, Agric Science/Biology obtained at not more than two sittings.
Diploma in Business Management and Entrepreneurship
A minimum of 4 credit passes in the Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE), NECO or General Certificate of Education, including English Language, Mathematics and Economics and any other social science subjects obtained in not more than two sittings.
FACULTY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES
Diploma in Public Administration
A minimum of 4 O/level credits at not more than two sittings which shall include English Language, Mathematics, Government and one other subject. The credit passes should be obtained from examinations conducted by approved bodies like WAEC, NECO, NABTED.
Diploma in Criminology and Security Studies
A minimum of 4 credit passes in the Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE), NECO or General Certificate of Education, Ordinary level (GCE O/L), TC II or their equivalent, including English Language, Mathematics and two social sciences subjects.
Diploma in Social Work
A minimum of 4 credit passes in the Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE), NECO or General Certificate of Education, Ordinary level (GCE O/L), TC II or their equivalent, including English Language, Mathematics and two social sciences subjects.
Diploma in Mass Communication
A minimum of 4 O/L credits at not more than two sittings. These should include credit in English Language, Mathematics and Literature in English.
Diploma in Accounting

Diploma in Business Administration
A minimum of 4 credit passes in the Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE), NECO or General Certificate of Education, including English Language, Mathematics and Economics and any other social sciences subjects obtained in not more than two sittings.
Candidates are required to visit www.delsuonline.com to generate an applicant virtual pin of N15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand naira) only and make payment to any of the following banks: Ecobank, Unity Bank, Zenith Bank and UBA
PROCEDURE TO GENERATE VIRTUAL PIN
(a) Candidates should, with the pin for payment access and complete the Delta State University, Abraka, 2016/2017 Diploma form online at http//www.delsuonline.com with their recent coloured passport size photograph scanned to the JPEG format and not more than 20kb IN SIZE.
(b) Candidates are advised to use virtual pin immediately after payment as the pin will be invalid after six (6) hours of generation.
Application website closes by 6.00 p.m on Monday, October 17, 2016.
