Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, IAUE has gained 100 per cent accreditation from the National University Commission (NUC).

The National Universities Commission (NUC) has given full accreditation to twenty one programmes run by Ignatius Ajuru University of Education. A letter dated 27 July, 2016, by the Executive Secretary of the Commission, Professor Julius A. Okojie and signed by the Deputy Executive Secretary 1, Professor C. F. Mafiana listed the result of the accreditation exercise carried out by NUC assessment team as follows:

It would be recalled that only two programmes, that is, Agricultural Science and Social Studies got full accreditation in 2013 when the NUC team first visited. The above programmes with 100% accreditation now had interim status during that visit.
