Candidates who did not use FUTO as their First Choice University but who applied through Supplementary and were offered admission by FUTO should apply online on JAMB website for Change of Institution.
Candidates admitted into Mechatronics Engineering Department should apply for Mechanical Engineering while those who were admitted into Dental Technology should apply for Biomedical Technology. Other admitted candidates should apply to the departments they have been offered admission. Affected candidates are required to apply to JAMB on or before Monday 28th November, 2016.
