University of Benin Teaching Hospital, UBTH School of Midwifery admission form for the 2017/2018 academic session is out.

Applications are invited from the general public for admission into the  University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) School of Midwifery, Benin City for the 2017/2018 academic session.

UBTH SCHOOL OF  MIDWIFERY ADMISSION ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS.

You must possess the following qualification to apply for the UBTH Eighteen (18) months Midwifery Programme.

1. Five (5) CREDITS in WASC/SSCE/NECO in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sittings.
2. Be a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

UBTH SCHOOL OF MIDWIFERY ADMISSION - METHOD OF APPLICATION.

Admission forms are obtainable at the Offices of the respective Principals/Heads of Schools on payment of the prescribed application fee of N46,200. or its equivalent in Dollars or Pounds for foreign applicants.

NOTE: All Payment for application form should be made directly into Federal Government Remita Account. Training Schools (UBTH) School of Post Basic Nursing Studies.

Sales of forms closes on Friday 11th August, 2017.

The entrance date is schedule for Saturday 12th August at 8:00am at the School of Midwifery UBTH, Benin City.
