Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, FUPRE Centre for Safety Education (CSE) admission forms for the 2017/2018 academic session are now on sale. FUPRE CSE offers National Diploma (ND), Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) programmes and Certificate Courses in Safety Training and Education.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified for admission into the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (FUPRE), Centre for Safety Education (CSE) programmes in Safety Training and Education for the 2017/2018 academic session.

Centre for Safety Education is the result of the collaboration between the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, (FUPRE) and The Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON). The Centre offers National Diploma (ND), Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) programmes and Certificate Courses in Safety Training and Education with a view to provide highly Industry-driven Safety Professionals for the Oil and Gas  Industry and other relevant disciplines.

FUPRE CSE Admission Requirements, Programme Duration and Structure.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: For Admission into the National Diploma programme candidates must have 5 credit O’level passes including English Language and Mathematics.  Candidates for the Postgraduate Diploma programme, (full time or part time) must have BA/B.Sc or HND in Safety from any recognised institution or Higher National Diploma (HND) with General HSE and HSE Level 3 Certificates in Safety. Candidate without HSE Certificate can also apply.

PROGRAMME DURATION: The programme duration for Full Time Post Graduate Diploma is a period of Twelve (12) months and Eighteen (18) months for the Part-Time Programme. The National Diploma (Full Time) programme is for Nine (9) months.

STRUCTURE OF THE PROGRAMME: The programmes are structured based on the semester system. The programme shall involve field pratical experience and individual project work, followed by the submission of Thesis for evaluation.

AWARD OF CERTIFICATE AND DIPLOMA: Successful candidates shall be awarded a Diploma Certificate in their respective areas at the end of the programme.

2. Fill the application form carefully with your biodata, O’ level result and your Bank Teller details.

3. Verify the information you have entered if there is any mistake, thereafter, click Submit button.

4. Print your confirmation page.
