The Federal University of Technology, Ikot Abasi (FUTIA) has released the Post UTME Form for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Eligibility for FUTIA Post UTME Screening

• Minimum UTME Score: Applicants must have achieved a minimum score of 160 in their UTME to qualify.
• First Choice Institution: Candidates who selected FUTIA as their first choice are eligible to apply. Those who did not initially choose FUTIA but scored at least 160 can still apply by changing their first choice to FUTIA on the JAMB CAPS.
• O’ Level Requirements: Applicants must have secured at least five credits in relevant subjects, including English and Mathematics, in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or its equivalent, within no more than two sittings.

Registration for the Screening

Online registration for the FUTIA Post UTME screening exercise will start on Monday, 19th August 2024.

Registration Procedure

1. Visit the FUTIA Portal: Go to the FUTIA Portal and select “Click here to apply.”
2. Select Undergraduate Link: Click on the “Undergraduate” link in the top menu.
3. Enter JAMB Registration Number: Enter your JAMB registration number and click “Continue.”
4. Complete Basic Information: Fill in the required information, including a valid phone number and email address, then click “Next.”
5. Make Payment: On the payment review page, click “Make Payment” to proceed.
6. Provide Card Details: Enter your ATM card details (MasterCard, Visa, or Verve) and submit.
7. Enter OTP Code: Enter the OTP code sent to your phone and click “Continue” to finalize the payment.
8. Login to Complete Registration: After payment, log in using your JAMB registration number and Surname as your password, then click “Login” to finish your registration.
9. Print Completed Form and Receipt: Print out the completed registration form and payment receipt for your records.

Important Notes

• A four-week grace period will be given for all approved admissions to be accepted by candidates.
• Candidates with pending results may apply but must ensure their O’Level (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) results are uploaded to the JAMB Portal (CAPS) at a JAMB-approved CBT center.
• FUTIA does not employ individual sales agents for admission. Any dealings or payments made to individuals are at the applicant’s own risk.
